Dress the mud crabs. Chop into pieces. Rinse and coat in cornflour.
2. ¿N¼öªo¦Ü 1800C¡A¥[¤JÃÉ¥ó¬µ¦Ü 7 ¦¨¼ô¡A¦A¤U»[¯ñ¤Î«ü¤Ñ´Ô¸H¡A¬µ¦Ü»[¯ñ§eª÷¶À¦â¤ÎÃÉ¥ó¥þ¼ô¡A²±°_¡C
Heat oil to 1800C. Deep-fry crab until medium-well cooked. Add chopped garlic and chopped bird's eye chillies. Deep-fry until the garlic is golden brown and the crabs are done. Dish up.

Sprinkle peppered garlic salt on top. Serve.
