黑(半甜)朱古力碎
6 茶匙
糖粉
適量
吉士粉
2 湯匙
砂糖 2 湯匙
鮮奶
550 亳升
時令新鮮生X

[/u]1. 把1茶匙朱古力碎包入雲吞皮, 用少許牛奶 (或蛋白)封口成三角形, 把一角塗上牛奶, 拉庥搣啎@起黏荂A再包成雲吞。

2. 雲吞下滾油炸至金黃色, 放在房紙上吸去多餘油份。

3. 砂糖及吉士粉用少許奶混合, 把餘下的奶用小火加熱後, 混入吉士液, 不停攪動至滾,熄火。

4. 把吉士漿上碟, 放入三件雲吞, 灑上糖粉, 用生果製飾即成。 |
