{轉}芒果糯米滋(圖文)
材料:
糯米粉 110g
粘米粉 10g
木薯粉 30g
吉士粉 10g
油 1湯匙
芒果汁 170g
芒果 1~2個
(記住要粉:芒果汁要 1:1 r!!!)
做法:
1. 所有粉類拌勻在大碗內
2. 糖, 芒果汁放入一起攪, 便立即沖入粉內快速拌勻
3. 把已拌好的粉團放入一隻已”查”牛油的碟內, 用微波爐叮(一定要用蓋)
4. 蒸完放涼, 便立即可以包上芒果, 黏上椰絲, 雪凍食或即食都可以
*放入雪櫃要用保鮮紙包好, 防止水份流失*

加一包芒果汁.......相等 250ml

一定要.............繼少繼少加入糯米粉,否則變了一舊!
